Walking
From the central area of Kalambaka, head towards the main road (Trikalon Street). Walk northeast along Trikalon Street until you reach the junction with the road leading up towards the Meteora monasteries. Follow signs indicating 'Meteora' and 'Monasteries'. Continue along this road for about 1.5 kilometers, enjoying the scenic views of the rock formations. When you reach the first monastery, take the path that leads to the right, which will take you towards the viewpoint area.
