Getting there

Car

If you are driving to Corycian Cave, start from the town of Delphi. Navigate to the main road leading out of Delphi, which is the E65. Follow the signs toward Arachova and continue on this road for about 5 kilometers until you reach a fork. Keep right at the fork to stay on E65. After approximately 2 kilometers, look for the signs indicating the entrance to the Corycian Cave. There is a small parking area nearby where you can leave your vehicle.

Public Transportation

To reach Corycian Cave via public transportation, begin at the Delphi bus station. Take a bus heading towards Arachova. The bus ride takes approximately 20 minutes. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to the Corycian Cave which is a short walk away. From the bus stop, follow the signs towards the cave, which is about a 15-minute walk uphill. Ensure you check the bus schedules in advance as they may vary.

Walking

If you are already in the vicinity of the cave, you can reach it on foot. From Delphi, head towards the E65 road and follow the path leading east towards the mountains. The hike is approximately 2 kilometers and can take about 30-40 minutes depending on your pace. There are marked trails that lead directly to the cave entrance. Be sure to wear comfortable hiking shoes, as the terrain can be uneven.
