From Mykonos Town, head east on Manto Mavrogenous Square toward Kalogera Street. Continue straight onto Tsimiski Street and follow the road as it curves to the left into the main street. Walk towards the bus station located near Fabrika Square. From the bus station, take the bus line that heads towards Ano Mera. Get off at the 'Ano Mera' stop. After exiting the bus, turn right onto the main road and follow the signs for Chora. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with a small sign pointing to the Church of Saint George Diasoritis. Follow this path uphill for about 15 minutes until you reach the church, which is located in a tranquil area surrounded by nature. Enjoy the scenic views along the way.

Rent a bicycle in Mykonos Town and head towards Ano Mera. Follow the same path as you would on foot, taking the main roads toward the bus station and then following the signs to Ano Mera. The ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on your pace. Once you reach Ano Mera, look for the signs leading to the Church of Saint George Diasoritis, which is located a short distance uphill. The bicycle ride offers a wonderful view of the island's landscape, making it a pleasant journey.

From Mykonos Town, walk to the Mykonos Bus Station. Purchase a ticket for a bus heading to Ano Mera. The buses run frequently throughout the day. The church is approximately 1.5 km from the bus stop, and you can either walk along the scenic paths or ask locals for directions if you are unsure. The journey takes about 15-20 minutes on foot from the bus stop.
