If you are starting from the Patras Railway Station, exit the station and head southwest on 28is Oktovriou Street. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Agiou Nikolaou Street. Turn right onto Agiou Nikolaou Street and walk for about 500 meters. You will reach the intersection with Vasileos Georgiou A Street. Turn left, and after a short walk, you will find Πάνω Σιντριβάνι located in the center of the square.

From the main bus terminal in Patras, take the local bus line that heads towards the city center. Get off at the stop closest to Platia Georgiou A (Plaza Georgiou A), which is a major stop. Once you get off, walk a short distance towards the square, and you will see Πάνω Σιντριβάνι directly in front of you.
