To get to Nea Kameni Volcanic Park, head to the main port of Thera, known as Athinios Port. From anywhere in Pyrgos, you can take a local bus (KTEL) from the Pyrgos bus station to Athinios Port. The bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Once at the port, look for the ticket booths for ferries heading to Nea Kameni. Purchase your ticket and board the ferry, which typically runs between 10 AM and 3 PM. The ferry ride to Nea Kameni takes about 20-30 minutes.
