Walking
From the center of Rethymno, head towards the beach promenade. Walk along the coast until you reach the large Venetian harbor. Continue walking straight, passing the fortress (Fortezza) on your left. Once you reach the harbor, look for signs pointing towards Chania. Walk along the waterfront until you reach the bus station. From there, take the KTEL bus to Chania. The trip takes about 1 hour. Once in Chania, walk towards the Old Town and make your way to Rousou Vourdoumpa Street. Follow this street until you reach Church of Agios Nikolaos at Rousou Vourdoumpa 5.

Start by walking to the local bus station in Rethymno, located near the city center. Purchase a ticket for Chania on the KTEL bus. The buses are frequent and the journey will take about an hour. Upon arrival at the Chania bus station, exit and turn left to head towards the Old Town. Continue straight until you reach the square, then take a right onto Rousou Vourdoumpa. The Church of Agios Nikolaos is located at number 5 on this street.
