Walking
From the center of Rethymno, start at the Venetian Harbor. Head east along the waterfront promenade known as 'Rimondi Fountain'. Continue walking until you reach the end of the promenade and the intersection with the main road (Ethniki Odos). Turn right and walk along the main road. Keep following it until you reach the bus station (Ktel). From the bus station, find the bus that goes to Chania. It is a short 30-minute ride.
