If you are starting from the center of Rhodes, head towards the Old Town. You can enter through the D'Amboise Gate, which is one of the main entrances to the Old Town. Once inside, walk straight along the main street, and you will come across several shops and cafes. Keep walking until you reach a fork in the road. Take the left path onto Soffroni Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Solomou Alchadef Street. Turn right onto Solomou Alchadef Street. The Panayia Gate (Virgin Mary) will be located at the address Solomou Alchadef 7-13, just a short walk ahead on your left.

If you are near the New Market (Nea Agora) in Rhodes, you can take a local bus or walk to the Old Town. Once at the Old Town, enter through the D'Amboise Gate. After entering, walk straight along the main thoroughfare. When you reach the fork, veer left onto Soffroni Street and continue until you hit Solomou Alchadef Street. Turn right, and you’ll find the Panayia Gate (Virgin Mary) a little way down on the left side of the street.
