If you are in the Old Town of Rhodes, start at the Palace of the Grand Master, a well-known landmark. Head east along Ippocratous Street until you reach the junction with Sokratous Street. Turn right onto Sokratous Street and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Solomou Alchadef Street. Turn left onto Solomou Alchadef Street, and the Church of the Virgin Mary of the Burgh will be on your right at number 7-13. It's about a 15-minute walk.

From the New Marina or Mandraki Harbor, start by walking towards the Old Town. Head towards the entrance of the Old Town, which is marked by the D'Amboise Gate. Once inside, follow the main street (Ippocratous) toward the Palace of the Grand Master. Then follow the previous directions from the Palace. This route will take approximately 25 minutes.

If you are near the central bus station in Rhodes (located just outside the Old Town), you can take a local bus heading toward the Old Town. Get off at the stop near the Old Town entrance (D'Amboise Gate). From there, follow the directions from the entrance to the Church of the Virgin Mary of the Burgh, which is about a 15-minute walk.
