Continue straight until the intersection with Solomou Alchadef Street. Turn right onto Solomou Alchadef Street. The Panayia Gate will be located at Solomou Alchadef 7-13.

From the Rhodes New Market (Nea Agora), take a local bus towards the Old Town. Disembark near the D'Amboise Gate.
