From the New Market (Nea Agora) in Rhodes Town, walk towards the Old Town. Enter the Old Town through the D'Amboise Gate, one of the main entrances. Walk straight along the main street, and you will pass several shops and cafes. Continue until you reach a fork in the road and take the left path onto Soffroni Street. Continue straight until the intersection with Solomou Alchadef Street. Turn right onto Solomou Alchadef Street. The Panayia Gate will be located at Solomou Alchadef 7-13.

From the Rhodes New Market (Nea Agora), take a local bus towards the Old Town. Disembark near the D'Amboise Gate. Enter through the D'Amboise Gate and walk straight along the main street, passing shops and cafes. At the fork in the road, take the left path onto Soffroni Street. Continue to the intersection with Solomou Alchadef Street and turn right. The Panayia Gate is a short walk ahead. A one-way bus ticket in Rhodes Town costs approximately €1.20.
