Begin your journey by taking a ferry from Samos to the mainland of Turkey. Ferries regularly operate from Vathy or Pythagoreio in Samos to Kusadasi in Turkey. Check the local ferry schedule for departure times. Once you arrive in Kusadasi, you will need to find public transport to Selçuk.

From Kusadasi, head to the bus terminal, which is located near the ferry port. Look for a bus heading to Selçuk, which is the closest town to the Terrace Houses of Ephesus. The bus ride takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Make sure to confirm with the bus personnel that they stop at Selçuk.

Once you arrive at the Selçuk bus terminal, exit and head towards Atatürk Boulevard. Turn right and walk straight for about 10 minutes. You will see signs directing you to the Ephesus archaeological site. The entrance to the Terrace Houses is located within the site, so make sure to have your tickets ready.
