If you are starting from Samos Town, head towards the main square, Plateia Pythagora. From the square, walk down the main street, Eleftheriou Venizelou. Continue straight until you reach the port area. Once at the port, look for signs indicating the direction to the Samos Archaeological Museum. After visiting the museum, proceed to the bus stop located near the museum. Take a local bus heading towards Vathy. The bus will drop you off near the main road leading to the village of Pythagoreio.
