If you are starting in Fira, the capital of Santorini, head towards the main square (Plateia Theotokopoulou). From the square, walk towards the Orthodox Metropolitan Cathedral, which is on your right. Continue along the road, keeping the caldera view on your left. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Agiou Ioannou Street. Turn right onto Agiou Ioannou Street. The Catholic Monastery of Dominican Sisters will be on your left after a short walk.

From Fira's central bus station, take a local bus heading towards Oia. Inform the driver that you want to stop at Agiou Ioannou, which is close to the Catholic Monastery of Dominican Sisters. After about 10 minutes, disembark at the nearest stop. Walk back to Agiou Ioannou Street and head towards the monastery, which will be a short walk away.
