From the center of Pyrgos, start near Pyrgos Square and head southwest on Agiou Nikolaou, the main street. Continue towards the main road, Epar.Od. Pyrgou - Kamari. Carefully cross the road and follow signs towards Kamari. The walk is roughly 30-40 minutes along a scenic path. As you approach Kamari, watch for signs pointing to the Sanctuary of Artemidorus, located near the beach area.

From Fira, take the bus to Kamari. From the Kamari bus stop, walk towards the beach promenade and follow the signs to the Sanctuary of Artemidorus. The sanctuary is about a 10-15 minute walk from the bus stop along the coastal path. Bus tickets cost approximately €1.80-€3.00. Tickets can be purchased on the bus.
