If you are in the center of Oia, head towards the main pedestrian walkway, which is lined with shops and cafes. Follow the path that leads you toward the northern cliff edge where you can see the stunning views of the caldera. Continue walking for about 10-15 minutes along this path, keeping an eye out for signs pointing to the Castle of Oia. You will know you are close when you see the iconic windmills and the traditional white buildings with blue domes. The Castle is located at the top of the hill, where the path narrows and you will see steps leading up to the castle entrance.

If you are coming from another part of Santorini, take the local bus to Oia. The bus station in Oia is near the main square. Once you arrive at the Oia bus station, exit and head towards the main pedestrian walkway. Follow the same walking directions mentioned above to reach the Castle of Oia. Bus tickets cost around €2.00 and buses run regularly throughout the day.

For those preferring a more direct route, you can use a taxi or a ride-sharing service to get to Oia if you are coming from another area of the island.
