Getting There

• Car

Once you arrive at Skiathos port, follow the signs to the main road leading to Skiathos town. From Skiathos town, head south on the main road and follow the signs to Paralia Koutsouri. The beach is located approximately 10 km from the town center, and you should expect a drive of around 15-20 minutes.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Paralia Koutsouri using public transportation, start by taking a local bus from Skiathos town. The bus station is located near the port. Look for the bus that heads towards the beaches or 'Koutsouri.' Buses run regularly, but be sure to check the latest schedule. The trip takes about 20-30 minutes, and you will be dropped off near the beach. Keep in mind that bus fares are typically around 2-3 euros, so have some cash ready for the fare.

• Walking

  If you are already in the vicinity of Paralia Koutsouri, walking is a lovely option to enjoy the scenery. From Skiathos town, you can walk south along the coastal path towards the beach. This will take about 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on your pace. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water, especially during the hotter months.

• Taxi

  Alternatively, you can take a taxi from Skiathos town to Paralia Koutsouri. Taxis are readily available at the port and around town. The trip will take around 15-20 minutes, and the fare is typically between 15-20 euros, depending on traffic and time of day. It's a convenient option if you're traveling with luggage or prefer a direct route.
