You will pass several shops and restaurants on your left. As you approach St. George's, keep an eye out for a right turn onto Fort Matthew Road (look for signs pointing to Fort Matthew). Turn right and follow this road until you reach the fort's entrance, located at 3726+4Q7, St George's, Grenada. Parking is available near the entrance.

    To reach Fort Matthew using public transportation, start by walking to the nearest bus stop along Grand Anse Main Road. Look for a bus heading towards St. George's. The fare is typically around 2-3 EC dollars (Eastern Caribbean). Inform the driver that you are going to Fort Matthew. The bus will drop you off near the entrance to Fort Matthew Road. From there, walk a short distance to the fort, which is about a 10-minute walk. Be sure to check the bus schedule for return trips back to Grand Anse Beach.
