Car
From St. George's, the capital, Mt. Carmel Falls is approximately a 45-minute drive. The route takes you through Grenada's scenic countryside. The entrance to the falls is easy to miss, so look for a small sign off the Eastern Main Road, between two houses. Parking is available on the roadside. A taxi from St. George's to Mt. Carmel Falls may cost around 110 XCD to 170 XCD. Negotiate the price before starting your journey.
Public Transport
From St. George's, take bus #2 towards Grenville. This bus stops directly at the entrance to Mt. Carmel Falls. The bus fare ranges from 2.50 XCD to 6.50 XCD, depending on the distance. From the bus stop, it's a short 10-15 minute walk to the falls.
Walking
From the main road, the falls are a 10-20 minute walk along a straightforward path. The trail passes through a private plantation with hills and valleys. Follow the sound of the water to reach the falls. Be aware that the path can be muddy.
