Getting There

  • Walking

    From the Plaza de España, head north on Route 1 (Hagåtña Main Street) for about 0.5 miles. You will pass by the Guam Museum on your left. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with FQF7+JRW. The Agaña Historic District is located on your right side after you cross the intersection.

  • Public Transport

    Head to the nearest bus stop on Route 1 (near the Plaza de España). Take the bus heading towards Dededo and get off at the bus stop near the intersection with FQF7+JRW. From there, walk 0.1 miles south along FQF7+JRW to reach the Agaña Historic District. A one-way bus ticket costs approximately $1.00. A day pass is available for $3.00, allowing unlimited rides.

  • Taxi

    Taxis are readily available at hotels and major shopping centers. A taxi ride from central Hagåtña to the Agaña Historic District will cost approximately $8-$10. The standard flag rate is $2.40, $4.00 for the first mile, and $0.80 every 1/4 mile thereafter.

And the set is the only surviving group of pre-World War II houses in Agana, "the only fragment left of old Agana's urban space."
