Public Transport
To reach Oka Cliff via public transport from Agat Village, take the local bus from the Agat Bus Stop on Marine Corps Drive. Ask the driver to drop you off near Oka Bay. From there, it's a short walk (about 0.3 miles) to the cliff. Follow the road signs toward Oka Cliff. Bus fare is approximately $1.00 per ride, or $3.00 for a day pass.

Taxis are available from major hotels and shopping centers. A taxi ride from Tumon to Oka Cliff will cost approximately $25-$35. The standard flag rate is $2.40, $4.00 for the first mile, and $0.80 every ¼ mile thereafter.

If driving, head towards Route 1 in Tumon. Continue on Route 1 until you reach Route 6 in Dededo. Follow Route 6 towards the north until you see signs for Oka Point. Turn right onto the road leading to Oka Cliff and continue until you reach the parking area. Parking is free. From the parking area, you can hike to the cliff.
