From central Guam, head north on Route 1 (Marine Corps Drive). Turn right onto Route 3 and continue to Potts Junction. Turn left onto Route 3A and proceed for approximately 4.5 miles. Turn left again and continue downhill for 1.5 miles to the refuge gate. Parking is available on-site and is free. Be aware that Route 3A has potholes, so drive carefully.

Taxis and rideshares are available throughout Guam. A taxi ride from Dededo to Ritidian Point typically takes around 23 minutes and costs between $110 and $140. Be sure to specify 'Ritidian Point' or 'Guam National Wildlife Refuge' as your destination. Note that cell phone reception can be unreliable in certain areas of the refuge.

To reach Ritidian Point using public transportation, you will need to take a bus operated by the Guam Public Transportation Authority towards Yigo. Once on the bus, inform the driver of your destination, and they will drop you off at the nearest stop to Ritidian Point. From the bus stop, you may need to walk approximately 1 mile along Spur Road to reach the entrance of the wildlife refuge. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as service may be limited, especially on weekends. Bus fare is around $3 for a day pass.
