Driving
From Humåtak village, head southwest on Route 4. Continue for approximately 6 miles. Look for the sign for Cetti Bay Overlook and turn left onto the unpaved road leading to the overlook. The road conditions may be rough, so ensure your vehicle can handle it. There is no parking fee.
Public Transport
From Hagåtña, take the GRTA bus heading south towards Humåtak. Check the bus schedule for the next departure, as services may vary. The ride takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. The bus fare is $1.50 per ride. From the Humåtak bus stop, it's approximately a 2-mile walk to Cetti Bay Overlook. Follow the road signs, keeping in mind that the walk includes some uphill sections.

If you are already in Humåtak, you can walk from the main road. Follow the road signs pointing towards Cetti Bay Overlook. It is approximately a 2-mile hike from the nearest bus stop, so wear comfortable shoes and be prepared for some elevation changes.
