Getting There

  • Walking

    From the entrance of Leo Palace, the trailhead is located to the right side of the road. Follow the red dirt trail. The hike is approximately 5 miles round trip and considered moderately difficult. Be prepared for muddy conditions and a steep descent to the falls with the aid of ropes.

  • Public Transport

    From Mount Jumullong Manglo, take a bus towards Hagatna. Get off at the nearest bus stop in Yona. From there, inquire with locals about the best way to reach Lower Sigua Falls, as a short taxi ride to the parking area may be necessary. Expect to pay around $10 for the taxi. Once at the parking area, follow the marked trail to Lower Sigua Falls, which is about a 20-minute hike.

  • Car

    From Mount Jumullong Manglo, head southeast on Route 1. Follow Route 1 for approximately 10 miles until you reach the Yona area. Look for the sign indicating Lower Sigua Falls. Turn left onto a gravel road leading to the parking area. Note that parking is free. After parking, follow the marked trail leading to Lower Sigua Falls, which is about a 20-minute hike.
