Getting There

  • Driving

    From Yigo, take Route 1 north to Route 9. Follow Route 9 for 3 miles (5 kilometers) to Potts Junction (Route 3A). Veer straight on Route 3A and continue 6 miles (10 kilometers) to the Refuge. All visitors are required to drive down into one of the designated parking areas. Parking is available at the Nature Center, Beach Parking Area, and along Beach Road.

  • Public Transport

    From Yigo, take a bus towards Tamuning. Transfer to another bus towards Dededo and get off at Potts Junction. From there, it is approximately 6 miles to the Refuge, consider taking a taxi or ride-sharing service to cover the remaining distance. Bus fare around Guam is about $3 per ride. Taxi fare from Potts Junction to the Refuge is unmetered and should be negotiated before the ride.
