From Antonio B. Won Pat International Airport, take Route 10A to Marine Corps Drive (Route 1). Turn left and drive approximately 5 miles south. Turn left onto Route 6 and travel approximately 4 miles. The Asan Bay Overlook will be on the right. Parking is free. Car rentals are available at the airport.

To reach Asan Bay Overlook via public transportation, you can take the local bus from the nearest bus stop. From Dededo, locate the nearest bus stop along Route 3. Take the bus heading south towards Hagatna. You will need to ride the bus for about 15-20 minutes. Disembark at the bus stop nearest to the intersection of Route 1. After getting off the bus, walk south along Route 1 for about 0.5 miles. Follow the signs leading to Asan Bay Overlook until you reach your destination. Bus fare is around $2 per ride.
