Driving
From Ypao Beach Park, drive southeast on Ypao Road. Continue for 1.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 1. Turn left onto Route 1 North and follow it for approximately 2 miles, then take the exit for Route 4 towards Yona. Merge onto Route 4 and follow the road for about 1.5 miles until you reach Pago Bay Overlook, on the right side. Parking is free.
Public Transport
From Ypao Beach Park, take a Guam Public Transit Authority (GPTA) bus heading towards Agana or Yona. Get off at the intersection with Route 4. Walk along Route 4 towards Yona for about 1 mile until you reach Pago Bay Overlook on your right. Bus fare is typically around $2.00.

Take a taxi or rideshare from anywhere on Guam to Pago Bay Overlook. Provide the driver with the address 'CQ7M+QCX, Yona, Guam'. Expect to pay between $20-$40 for a one-way trip from most northern locations.
