Merge onto Route 4 and follow the road for about 1.5 miles until you reach Pago Bay Overlook, on the right side. Parking is free.

From Ypao Beach Park, take a Guam Public Transit Authority (GPTA) bus heading towards Agana or Yona. Get off at the intersection with Route 4. Walk along Route 4 towards Yona for about 1 mile until you reach Pago Bay Overlook on your right. Bus fare is typically around $2.00.
