From the main bus terminal in Antigua, you can take a tuk-tuk to San Francisco the Great Sanctuary. The ride should cost around Q10-15. Alternatively, you can take a 'chicken bus' from nearby towns to Antigua and then walk or take a tuk-tuk to the sanctuary.
