Walking
From Antigua's city center, head north on 1a Avenida Norte. Continue past the basketball court until you reach the base of the hill. The well-marked trail, with stone steps, begins on your left. The hike is approximately 1.5 kilometers (1 mile) and takes about 15-20 minutes to reach the top. There is no cost to hike.
Tuk-Tuk
Tuk-tuks are readily available throughout Antigua. Negotiate a fare to Cerro de la Cruz. The tuk-tuk will take you to the entrance of the park. From there, it's a short walk to the viewpoint. A typical tuk-tuk ride from the city center should cost around Q15-Q20. There is also a parking fee of Q15 to enter with a vehicle.
