Public Transport

From Quetzaltenango (Xela), take a bus from the main bus terminal towards Retalhuleu. The fare is approximately GTQ 25-30, and the journey takes about 1 to 1.5 hours. Inform the driver that you want to get off near IRTRA Xocomil in Santa Cruz Muluá. From there, take a local 'tuk-tuk' or taxi to the park, which should cost around GTQ 20-30.

From Quetzaltenango (Xela), drive on CA-1 towards Retalhuleu. After approximately 30 km, take the exit towards Santa Cruz Muluá.
