⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **An experience I carry in my heart** I am Argentine and I had the opportunity to participate in this ancestral Guatemalan cooking workshop, and I was truly impacted by the experience. It was not simply learning to cook typical dishes. It was a way to get closer to the culture, its traditions and the history of Guatemala through its flavors, its ingredients and its ways of cooking. Claudia was an excellent host: warm, patient and very generous when it came to sharing her knowledge. You can notice the love and respect she has for her roots and for everything she transmits in the workshop. I loved being able to learn about a cuisine so different from the one I know and discovering everything behind each preparation. I left with many lessons, a beautiful experience and, of course, wanting to keep trying Guatemalan food! If you are visiting Antigua Guatemala, I highly recommend doing this workshop. An Unforgettable Cultural Experience in Chichicastenango

Our Chichicastenango Market Tour was truly one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. The scenery on the way to Chichi was absolutely breathtaking. We had a coffee stop at Katok Ingreso, and we were so taken by the atmosphere, we actually asked to stop again on the way back to our hotel. Our guide was exceptional—warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly insightful. He took the time to explain cultural nuances, tribal differences, and local practices, giving us a deeper appreciation for the traditions of the region. His storytelling added so much richness to the day. One of the most special moments was enjoying authentic homemade food prepared by a local family who brings their dishes to the market to sell. Sharing a meal with them was an experience we’ll never forget. We also had the opportunity to witness spiritual ceremonies, explore traditional areas of worship, and even visit local graveyards—an eye‑opening look into the spiritual heritage of the community. Overall, this was an amazing day filled with fascinating sights, incredible people, and unforgettable food. If you’re visiting Guatemala, this tour is an absolute must.
