Benjamin was a fantastic guide! He communicated with us before the experience, confirming pickup location and time, which was reassuring. The group was intimate, and I didn’t feel the tour was overbooked. Benjamin was punctual and friendly (at 4:00AM no less!) and had a relaxed vibe that made for a great atmosphere. On the hike he had deep knowledge of Lake Atitlan, and thoroughly answered all of my questions. He even followed up with tour recommendations and places to visit based on my interests. The view from the peak was stunning, and it was lovely to enjoy a cup of hot cocoa as the sun rose! An excellent experience. I would definitely book again!

I booked with Vic, who was very responsive and accommodating. My tour guide, Pedro, was super friendly and helpful during the experience. Although he spoke Spanish primarily, he was doing his best to converse in English. He always checked in on me during the hike to ensure I was okay, which I appreciated. Not to mention, he walked me to my Airbnb upon pickup and drop-off, which was so sweet of him! I would definitely recommend booking with Vic and hiking with Pedro! The view/scenery was absolutely worth the arduous effort on the trail. Definitely wear a jacket and the right shoes!
