The Iglesia y Convento de las Capuchinas, or Church and Convent of the Capuchins, stands as a captivating landmark in Antigua, Guatemala. Inaugurated in 1736, it was founded by five Capuchin nuns from Madrid and designed by architect Diego de Porres.
