    From Tikal National Park, head south on the road leading to Flores. Continue on this road for about 60 kilometers until you reach the town of Santa Elena. Here, you will need to merge onto CA9 (the main highway). Follow CA9 for approximately 80 kilometers until you reach Morales. Keep an eye out for signs for CA13, which will lead you towards Rio Dulce. Turn onto CA13 and continue for around 20 kilometers until you arrive at Nacional Rio Dulce National Park. Be aware that there may be tolls on CA9, so keep some cash handy.

    To reach Nacional Rio Dulce National Park from Tikal National Park using public transportation, first, take a shuttle or bus from Tikal to Flores.
