Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the central area of Forest, head northeast on the main road, Rue des Goddards. Continue walking straight until you reach the junction with Route de La Truchot. Turn left onto Route de La Truchot and keep walking until you reach the traffic lights. At the traffic lights, continue straight across onto Route de Saumarez. Saumarez Park will be on your left after a short walk. The park is located at Rte de Saumarez, Guernsey GY5 7UJ.

    From the Forest Church, head southeast on Rue des Goddards towards the main road. When you reach the main road, turn left onto Route de Saumarez. Follow this road for approximately 15 minutes, and you will find Saumarez Park on your right. Keep an eye out for the park entrance signs.

    If you are near the Forest Stores, exit the store and head south on Rue des Goddards. Continue until you reach the main junction and turn right onto Route de La Truchot. Walk straight until you arrive at the traffic lights, then proceed straight across onto Route de Saumarez. The park will be on your left side after walking for about 10 minutes.
