Car
From Georgetown, head west on the East Bank Demerara Road towards the Demerara Harbour Bridge. Cross the bridge and continue on the West Bank Demerara Road until you reach the junction for the Essequibo Coast. Turn right onto the Essequibo Coast Road and continue until you reach the town of Parika. From Parika, take a boat taxi heading to the Santa Mission area. Ensure the boat is going to the correct destination, as some boats may go to different locations along the Essequibo River. The boat ride will take approximately 30-45 minutes. After arriving at Santa Mission, Arrowpoint Nature Resort is located a short distance from the dock. You may need to arrange for local transportation (such as a tuk-tuk or a short walk) to reach the resort.

Take a minibus or taxi from Georgetown to Parika. The fare is typically around GYD 400-700. Once you arrive in Parika, locate the boat taxis that service the Essequibo River. Look for the ones heading towards Santa Mission. The boat fare is generally around GYD 1000-1500 and the ride takes about 30-45 minutes. After disembarking at Santa Mission, you can either walk to Arrowpoint Nature Resort or arrange for a local transport option like a tuk-tuk to reach your destination.
