From Mazaruni River, start by heading south towards the main road that connects to Bartica. Follow the road for approximately 30 km until you reach Bartica. Once in Bartica, you will need to arrange for a chartered flight or a boat. For a flight, you can book a seat on a local airline such as Trans Guyana Airways or Roraima Airways, which operate regular flights to Kaieteur. If you choose to go by boat, you can hire a local boat operator at the Bartica dock. The boat ride takes about 3-4 hours to reach the park.

Public Transportation (Bus to Bartica + Charter)
Traveling by public transportation, take a minibus from Mazaruni River to Bartica. The fare is usually around GYD 500-1000. Once you arrive in Bartica, you can book a charter flight to Kaieteur National Park. Ensure to check the flight schedules in advance, as they may vary. If you prefer a boat ride, proceed to the Bartica dock to hire a boat for GYD 5000-8000 per person, depending on the size of the group. The boat ride will take approximately 3-4 hours.
