From the center of Hinche (near the main square), head east on Rue Dessalines towards the river. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Route Nationale 3. At this intersection, you will find local tap-taps (shared taxis) that can take you closer to Milot. Ask the driver for a ride to Milot and make sure they know you're going to Ramiers. The journey will take about 30 minutes by tap-tap.
