Continue on this route for approximately 2 hours until you reach the intersection with Route #7. Take Route #7 towards Petit Goâve. Upon reaching Petit Goâve, follow local signs or ask for directions to Kokoye Beach, which is located a few kilometers from the town center. Look for the beach access signs as you approach the coastline.

To reach Kokoye Beach via public transportation, find a Tap Tap (shared taxi) in Nord heading towards Cap-Haïtien. Inform the driver that you want to go to Petit Goâve. The ride will take around 2-3 hours depending on traffic. Once in Petit Goâve, you can either walk or take another Tap Tap to reach Kokoye Beach. The cost for the Tap Tap from Nord to Petit Goâve is typically between 200-300 HTG. The final Tap Tap to Kokoye Beach will cost around 50 HTG.
