Getting There

  • Walking

    From the center of Saint-Marc, start by heading east on Rue de la Réunion. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Route Nationale 1 (RN1). Cross the street carefully and head north on RN1. Follow RN1 for approximately 25 km. Along the way, you will pass through small towns and villages. Keep an eye out for local landmarks to help guide you. Once you reach the junction for Milot, turn left and follow the signs for Sans Souci Palace. The palace is located a short distance ahead on your right.

    From the center of Saint-Marc, find a Tap Tap (local shared taxi) heading towards Cap-Haïtien. Make sure to communicate that you want to stop at Milot for Sans Souci Palace. The Tap Tap will take you along Route Nationale 1 (RN1). Once you arrive in Milot, ask the driver to drop you off near Sans Souci Palace. After exiting the Tap Tap, it is a short walk to the palace, which will be visible from the main road.
