If you are driving from Comayagua city center, head southeast on Calle 1 until you reach the intersection with Boulevard 10 de Septiembre. Turn left onto Boulevard 10 de Septiembre and continue for approximately 8 kilometers. Look for signs indicating La Soledad and turn right onto the road towards La Soledad. Continue on this road for about 5 kilometers until you reach RF39+V4 where Posa el Gavilán is located. There is no entrance fee to access the site.

To reach Posa el Gavilán via public transportation, first catch a bus from the Comayagua terminal heading towards La Soledad. The buses usually depart every 30 minutes and the fare is approximately 20 Lempiras. Inform the driver that you want to get off at La Soledad. Once you arrive in La Soledad, you may need to walk approximately 1 kilometer to reach RF39+V4, where Posa el Gavilán is located. It is advisable to ask locals for directions if you're unsure.
