Walking
From the center of Utila, head southwest towards the main road (Main Street). Follow Main Street until you reach the fork in the road. Take the left path towards the beach, which will lead you to the waterfront. Continue along the waterfront until you reach the end of the beach area. Turn left onto Mamy Lane. The Iguana Research & Breeding Station will be on your right, marked by a sign. It is approximately a 15-20 minute walk from the center of Utila.

If you have rented a bicycle, start from the main dock area in Utila. Head southwest on Main Street and follow it until you reach the fork in the road. Take the left path towards the beach. Continue along the waterfront, cycling until you reach the end of the beach area. Turn left onto Mamy Lane and continue straight. The Iguana Research & Breeding Station will be on your right. This route is scenic and takes about 10-15 minutes by bicycle.
