Car
If you're driving, start from the center of Nagymaros. Head towards the main road (Duna utca) and turn onto Route 12 towards Visegrád. After approximately 1 km, take a left onto the road leading up to Juliánus Kilátó. Follow the signs for the lookout and park in the designated parking area. The hike to the lookout point is about 30 minutes on a well-marked trail.
Public Transportation
To get to Juliánus Kilátó via public transport, take a train from Budapest to Nagymaros-Visegrád station. Once you arrive at Nagymaros station, exit and head towards the main street (Duna utca). From there, you can either walk (about 20 minutes) or take a taxi to the base of Juliánus Kilátó. If walking, follow Duna utca until you reach Route 12, then turn left and look for the signs directing you to Juliánus Kilátó. The trail to the lookout is a short hike that takes around 30 minutes.
