Getting There

  • Public Transport

    From Budapest city center, head to the Deák Ferenc tér metro station. Take Metro Line 2 (the red line) towards Déli pályaudvar and get off at the last stop, Déli pályaudvar. At the station, transfer to bus number 100E. Board the bus and enjoy the ride. Get off at the Gödöllő stop, which is the nearest stop to the House of Arts. From the bus stop, walk approximately 10 minutes towards Szabadság út 6, where the House of Arts is located.

  • Train

    From Budapest, go to the Nyugati pályaudvar (Western Railway Station). Purchase a ticket to Gödöllő from the ticket counter or the ticket machines. Board a train heading to Gödöllő; trains run frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. The journey should take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Gödöllő station, exit the station and head towards Szabadság út. It’s a 15-minute walk to House of Arts located at Szabadság út 6.

  • Bus

    At the Árpád híd metro station, take bus number 120 to Gödöllő. The bus ride will take approximately 50 minutes. Disembark at the Gödöllő stop. From there, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the House of Arts located at Szabadság út 6. Just follow Szabadság út until you reach your destination.
