Getting There

  • Public Transport - Metro

    If you are starting from Deák Ferenc tér, take the M2 (red line) metro towards Örs vezér tere. After one stop, get off at Kossuth Lajos tér. Exit the station and walk towards the Hungarian Parliament Building. From the Parliament, head towards the Danube River and cross the bridge (Margaret Bridge). After crossing, walk straight for about 800 meters until you reach Jászai Mari tér, where the Statue of Imre Nagy is located.

  • Public Transport - Tram

    From the city center, head to the nearest tram stop and take tram 4 or 6 (both go in the same direction). Get off at Jászai Mari tér. The statue is located in the square, and you will easily spot it as you exit the tram.
