Getting There

    If you are in Inner City, walking to Liberty Square is easy. Start at Deák Ferenc tér, a major junction in the city. From there, head towards the intersection of Bajcsy-Zsilinszky út and Andrássy út. Walk down Bajcsy-Zsilinszky út towards Szabadság tér (Liberty Square). Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the square. You will see the impressive buildings and the park area. No cost involved in this option.

  • Public Transport (Metro)

    You can take the M1 (yellow line) or M2 (red line) from any Inner City metro station. If you are near Deák Ferenc tér, board the M2 metro towards Déli pályaudvar.
