    Car

    If you are driving from any location in Central Transdanubia, take the M7 motorway towards Budapest. Once you reach Budapest, follow the signs for M1/M7 and then merge onto the M3 motorway. Exit at the signs for District XIV. and follow the signs for Vajdahunyad Castle. The castle is located at Vajdahunyad stny., 1146 Budapest. You can find parking nearby, but please note that parking may be subject to fees.

    Public Transportation

    To reach Vajdahunyad Castle via public transport, first, find your way to a major train station in Central Transdanubia, such as Székesfehérvár or Veszprém. From there, take a train to Budapest. Once you arrive at Budapest's Keleti Railway Station, exit and head to the nearby bus stop. Take bus number 30 or 30A towards 'Közlekedési Múzeum' and get off at 'Vajdahunyad stny.' stop. The castle will be a short walk from there. Be prepared to pay for your train and bus tickets, which vary in price depending on your departure point.
