Car
From Duna-Ipoly National Park, head south on the main road (Route 10) towards Esztergom. Continue on Route 10 until you reach Route 1. Follow Route 1 towards Budapest. Once you reach the outskirts of Budapest, take the M1 motorway towards Győr. After about 70 km, exit onto Route 85 towards Sopron. Continue on Route 85 until you see signs for Fertő-Hanság National Park. Follow the signs to Sarród, where you will find the park entrance at Rév-Kócsagvár 4, 9435.

From Duna-Ipoly National Park, travel to the nearest major town with a train station, such as Esztergom. From Esztergom, take a train to Budapest (approximately 1 hour). At Budapest's Nyugati Railway Station, switch to a train heading to Sopron (approximately 2 hours). Once in Sopron, take a local bus to Sarród. Buses run frequently, and the ride will take about 30 minutes. Your destination, Fertő-Hanság National Park, is at Rév-Kócsagvár 4, 9435.
