Continue driving for about 30 kilometers until you reach the city of Debrecen. From Debrecen, take Route 4 towards Budapest. After approximately 150 kilometers, follow the signs for Hősök tere (Heroes' Square) in Budapest. Once you arrive at Hősök tere, you will find the Millennium Monument prominently located in the center of the square. Parking is available nearby but may incur a fee, so be prepared to pay for parking.

    For those using public transportation, start by taking a train from Hajdúság to Budapest. The nearest train station is in Debrecen. From there, board an Intercity train towards Budapest. The journey will take about 2.5 to 3 hours. Upon arriving at Budapest's Keleti Pályaudvar (Eastern Railway Station), transfer to the M2 Metro line (red line) in the direction of Déli Pályaudvar. Get off at the Széll Kálmán tér station, then transfer to tram line 4 or 6 towards Széchenyi fürdő. Get off at the Hősök tere stop. The Millennium Monument will be directly in front of you. A train ticket from Debrecen to Budapest costs around 3,000 HUF (approximately 8-10 EUR), and the metro and tram fare is about 350 HUF (around 1 EUR).
