If you are driving from Kapos Valley, head northeast on Route 66 towards M7. Merge onto the M7 motorway and follow the signs for Budapest. After approximately 160 km, take the exit towards 'Budapest - Érd - Pécs' (Exit 5). Continue on Route 1, following signs for 'Budapest'. Once you reach the city, follow signs for 'Buda Castle' or 'Vár' to find parking near the castle area. Look for parking lots such as 'Várgarázs' which may incur a parking fee.

To reach Buda Castle Chapel via public transport, take a train from Kaposvár train station to Budapest Déli railway station. The journey takes about 2 hours.
