Car
If you're driving, start from the center of Pécs. Head southeast on Rákóczi út towards Váci Mihály utca. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Szigeti út (Route 6). Turn left onto Szigeti út and follow it for about 5 km. After passing through a few residential areas, look for signs leading to Jakabhegyi Földvár. You will see an unnamed road that takes you directly to the site. Parking is usually available near the entrance.
Public Transportation
To reach Jakabhegyi Földvár using public transport, head to the main bus station in Pécs. Take bus number 32 or 34 towards Jakabhegy. The ride takes approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the Jakabhegy stop, which is the nearest stop to the site. From there, you will need to walk about 1 km up the hill following the signs leading to Jakabhegyi Földvár. Make sure to check the bus schedules beforehand as they may vary.
Walking
If you are already in the nearby area and prefer to walk, approach from the direction of the Jakabhegy neighborhood. Follow the path that leads uphill towards the ruins of Jakabhegyi Földvár. The hike will take about 30 minutes and is moderately steep, so wear comfortable shoes and be prepared for some incline.
